We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, 25 March 2026 at 22:00 SAST (UTC+2) to roll out improvements to broadcast message delivery and platform stability. Broadcast sending may be briefly interrupted during this update. A rollback plan is in place should any issues arise. All other platform features will continue to work normally.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 30 March 2026 at 22:00 SAST (UTC+2) to roll out the initial version of our new contacts APIs. No downtime is expected during this update.

If your systems use IP-based whitelisting to connect to Cue's APIs, please update your whitelists with our new IP addresses before Tuesday, 31 March 2026 at 22:00 SAST (UTC+2).

On this date, we will be migrating our infrastructure to new static IP addresses. Customers who have not updated their whitelists may experience connectivity issues.
