Maintenance

We will be performing scheduled database maintenance on 20 January 2026 at 02:00 SAST. During this time, messaging services (WhatsApp, Web Chat, and Facebook Messenger) will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 5-10 minutes. The Cue App will remain accessible for browsing throughout the maintenance window. Services will resume automatically once maintenance is complete.

We're releasing an update tonight at 10:00 PM SAST that includes:
- a set of minor frontend improvements for our upcoming email feature
- an upgrade of our socket service to prepare for the release of our browser (push) notifications feature

This is a low risk update. You may experience a brief interruption (a few seconds, possibly minutes) where real-time updates do not come through to the inbox while the service is being upgraded. The UI should automatically reconnect to the socket service...

Broadcast engagement reports may be briefly unavailable during the update. All other platform features will continue to work normally.

We will be performing a scheduled frontend deployment on Monday, 9 February 2026 at 22:00 SAST (UTC+2). This release includes improvements to our email features and lays the groundwork for upcoming push notification support. No downtime is expected, and all platform features will continue to work normally during the update.

This is a low-risk deployment with updates to several platform services, including enhanced audit logging, reporting improvements, and email processing enhancements. We do not expect any downtime during this maintenance window.
