If your systems use IP-based whitelisting to connect to Cue's APIs, please update your whitelists with our new IP addresses before Tuesday, 31 March 2026 at 22:00 SAST (UTC+2).

On this date, we will be migrating our infrastructure to new static IP addresses. Customers who have not updated their whitelists may experience connectivity issues.

Please whitelist the following new IP addresses:

• 34.251.91.86
• 52.17.128.25
• 52.16.15.144

No downtime is expected. We will notify you once the migration is complete and the old IP addresses can be safely removed.
